• The Last Representatives’ Meeting will be held on 27th October 2025 at 12:30 PM.

• The themes for Rhy-dhun, Rampathon, Food Feud and Shutter Stars have been revised. Kindly visit the website to view the updated themes.

• The Last Date for Confirmation of Participation was 24th September 2025. You can still confirm your participation here. 

• The Last Date for Registration is 27th October 2025.

• To fill out the registration form, you must be logged in to Chrome or any other web browser you are using.

• Participants for QUEST-THOMA please note: On-the-spot registrations will only be allowed on 29th October 2025 at 8 a.m.

• Please note that the venue for Sur-Kshetra and Rhythmic Rhapsody has been changed to the Main Stage. The timing and day remain unchanged. Kindly refer to the schedule for the updated details.

• For Prep 'N Hep - Basic Stitching is allowed, readymade accessories are allowed but that should be visible in the design.

• For Verses Versus on 29th October 2025, from 1.00pm to 2.00pm, the venue has been changed to the Boys' School Library instead of the Girls' School.

• There has been a change in the schedule and venue for Rhy-dhun, Prep 'N Hep, Do-Re-Me, Rampathon, Guptodhan Gatherers, and Tour De Thoma due to the weather forecast. Kindly click here to view the updated schedule.

• Kindly note the following changes for Day 2 (30/10/25):

  1. Kai Po Che will take place on 30th October 2025 at 12:00 noon.

  2. Do Re Me will begin at 1:00 p.m. on 30th October 2025 in the Boys’ School Hall.

  3. Rampathon will begin at 3:00 p.m. on 30th October 2025, also in the Boys’ School Hall.

     However, if the weather conditions improve, it will be held on the Main Stage as originally scheduled.

  4. As mentioned during the 3rd Representatives’ Meeting, Guptodhan Gatherers and Tour-de-Thoma will now be held on Day 3 (31/10/25). The timings of the events remain unchanged.

  5. 22 Yards will take place as scheduled on 30th October 2025 in the Boys’ School Basketball Court, as the field is not in a suitable condition for cricket.
